6. Interest rates: W.S.J. prime + (4%-10%), dependent upon deal characteristics.

7. Loan fees: 1% to 2% origination/exit.

8. Collateral first mortgage + assignments.

9. Recourse full or partial.

10. Prepayment penalty: none -may be subject to minimum earnings clause.

11. Loan-to-cost: maximum of 80%.

12. Loan-to-value: maximum of 75%.

13. Typical property types: income property single-family homes, multi-family rental, retail, office, cannabis, mobile home communities, for-sale condominium, mixed-use.
